Question: I want to know if it's big or small...and I don't see any pentacles cards.......?
It is impossible to know this because there are millions of Aquarius in the world and the issue of large or small is subjective. What may seem like a small gift to one, may have a completely different interpretation by another Aquarius elemental sign.
There is a question of taking literal interpretations of cards. Pentacles mean money and so on. This is not the case. The cards have alternate meanings depending on the placement, layout, and what other cards are showing in the reading.
I am an intuitive analytical medium, and I have completely different approach to reading the cards based on psychology, mythology, astrology, and briefly tapping into the collective unconscious -- this is why I do shorter readings. If it doesn't resonate, and you would like to have more literal contemporary interpretations, it may be beneficial for you to seek a reader who can meet your expectations.
If this is totally entertainment, and you are not looking for accuracy, but readings based more in fantasy than reality, meaning, you want to be told what you would like to hear, then I am definitely not the reader for you.

So, literal interpretation, there are two people, a man and woman, they are in love, (because they are close together, and it is fate, because it is the Wheel in the stretch). Your family life is great or you will get alot of money because 10 Pentacles is on the table....etc. I could on but, but this is nonreading.
For money/career - I could take same approach but do not even play with reading cards in this fashion as it is offensive to/for me.
Would you like to take a shot at reading in your style, or leave the reading to the reader you view? By the way, pentacles were pulled in the original reading, Ace of Coins was presented, the Five and Messenger/Knight as well. But the reading was not as simple as coins mean money....
For those of you seeking to clarify the previous reading for Aquarius, as you can see these are the same cards pulled during the original reading in many respects, so it is reconfirmation of the initial reading for March 1-15, 2018.
There are fated and fortunate events on the horizon for Aquarius. I make no reference to love/relationships in this question when I pulled cards. I did watch Aquarius video earlier this morning for some odd reason, so I think I knew I would have this encounter with the participant/querent in Youtube today.
Aquarius will have some type of fortune, rather that be a new job offer, or financial gains that will be substantial. In terms of how big or small -- there is no way to tell, but for the Aquarius, it will feel highly positive and desired -- your heart's desire. This can also be some type of achievement or special recognition. If you are involved in litigation or legal proceedings, there can also be a positive turn of events in your favor. Where there was confusion or angst, it seems there will be revelations or clarity that bring you peace, or peace of mind.
