What Is Your Personal Manifesto?

Make your mantras into a manifesto. If you want to improve your life, only you can do the work. No one is going to do the work for you, no one is going to rescue you. A man, a woman, nor a child is going to fix the challenges you experience in your life.
Challenges occur for a reason. Some you create yourself. For instance, you are an active participant in creating the conditions in your environment from which the problems or obstacles seem to originate.
So what do you want to change? Start with what is bothering you the most. If you have a poor diet, and your lack the the motivation to exercise, recognize the issue, and start to make a plan on how you intend to tackle this challenge.
Once you have the plan, you have to take that first step to take action.
Make all investments of your energy start and begin with you. If you have children, consider the theological aspect of the Holy Trinity, and view your children as an extension and a part of your body, mind and soul. Restated, make all investments of your energy and resources start and begin with you -- your children are part of you.
Taking the formative steps to change undesired conditions in your life takes work. No one is going to do the work for you. When and where are you going to start?

Build your foundation. Your foundation is based in your body, mind and soul. If you are attempting to fast forward, and jump to a healthy balanced relationship, and you are not healthy, the foundation will be unstable, and things will appear to fall apart.
If you are cutting corners in terms of caring for your body and mind, and this can entail avoiding education or training that you know will allow you to propel your goals and objectives forward, then you can count on being disappointed at some point today -- or tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow.
You are at the center of your life spiral. You have your own story, and your energy is what sustains and builds upon your story. Who are you? What is the state of your health? What is the state of your body, mind and soul? Start there, and begin to think about how you exist in your own life's story.
